Daily Scripture Meditation

James 1:13-14, “Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man: But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.” Therefore, when we have offense in words and deeds, we cannot shirk our responsibility and we should confess and repent to God again; this repentance is to crucify the old self and selfish desire of our soul on the cross, and to wholeheartedly pursue a new life in the Lord.
