Daily Scripture Meditation

Lev. 2:3, “And the remnant of the meat offering shall be Aaron's and his sons': it is a thing most holy of the offerings of the LORD made by fire.” The people of Israel would often offer sacrifices to God; a part of the sacrifices would be used for the daily needs of the priests. Because Aaron and his children were sanctified by God, they could receive the blessings of God's servants through sacrifices. Ministers who serve God full time today also need the donations from believers for spreading the gospel.
