Nah. 1:3, “The LORD is slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit the wicked: the LORD hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet.” When we watch the rainbow after storms and remember the grace of His covenant, we must thank God for His care and conservatism, and praise the salvation of God. God mercy the sinners and patiently give them the opportunity to confess their sins. But by the time of the final judgment, God's righteousness and punishment will eventually be implemented to everyone.
