Daily Scripture Meditation

John 6:63, “It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.” People live with breaths and die when breaths stop. God-given spirit brings breath-life to people, that is the core of life. And the flesh is the carrier of the spirit, and the spirit will depart from a dead body. If we get a new life by the truth of Jesus, after the physical death, the spirit has hope that is we will get a new carrier for our spirits at the moment of the resurrection, in order to glorify God.
