John 3:9-10, “Nicodemus answered and said unto him, How can these things be? Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things?” The scribes and Pharisees were bound by the teachings and customs of their religion and could not understand God's will. We should be alert whether the doctrine and theology of the church has weakened believers' study and obedience to all the teachings of the Lord Jesus? We must go beyond religion to gain a full grasp of Jesus Truth.
