Daily Scripture Meditation

Luke 1:4-5, “And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David.) To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child.” The Jews did not recognize Jesus as the Messiah prophesied by the prophet because they only knew he was from Nazareth. This is a magical arrangement that allows people to pursue the truth alone and be saved.
