Matthew 7:15-16, “Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thorn bushes, or figs from thistles?” To be honest, the Lord Jesus often clashed with hypocritical religious leaders when preaching the gospel on earth; because they did not like the truth from God, and they persecuted Jesus. Let us look at the various faces of hypocritical preachers, and use Jesus truth to guard our faith and new life.

Should Christians do tithing?

Today, some believers may say that tithing is the lesson of the Old Testament, and Jewish believers should obey the law; and now is the age of grace in the New Testament, not the age of the Old Testament, so Christians do not have to abide by the laws and regulations of Old Testament. In addition, some believers may say that the Lord Jesus had no teaching about tithing, so it does not matter whether a Christian does tithing or not. Should Christians do tithing? My answer is not only in the affirmative, but also to point out that the Lord Jesus asked the disciples to offer more donations by faith.
